Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Deadline: Customers can cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled session without incurring any penalty.

Rescheduling: Casual class bookings can only be rescheduled with 12 hours notice before the class starts.

Refund Policy: No refunds are given for reschedules within the time frame provided above.

No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to attend their booked session without prior notice will forfeit their booking without a refund.

Terms Policies: Term classes cannot be rescheduled or substituted when purchased as a full-term package.

Instructor Availability: If an instructor becomes unavailable, we will make every effort to reschedule the session or provide a qualified substitute instructor.
